A pure and artisan honey

whole process from the care of the hives, the harvesting of the raw product, the artisanal packaging of the honey
(located in the town of Monegrillo) to the direct marketing to stores and customers. Therefore, the product
arrives pure at your table without any alteration or transformation. Note that honey has no natural expiry date
due to its bactericide power.

Migration and ecology

To obtain the best honey of Aragon and to collect it at the right moment we apply the method of transhumance
to our hives which means moving them to different natural places depending on the typical weather of each
season. Thus, or bees harvest the best flowers of every area with two fundamental aims: to strengthen the
inhabitants of the hive (the bees) and consequently to produce an exquisite honey.
Our bees are always placed in natural wilderness in order to integrate the apiary in the ecosystem of each area
respecting the environment and its natural cycle.
Bee solidarity

Once the honey is harvested and when there is enough volume of product, it is moved to the traditional
packaging where the process of packaging and labeling takes place. This process is carried out by disabled staff
of “CARMEN FDEZ. CESPEDES FOUNDATION” giving our product the added love that bees began in their hives during the production process.
