Winter Savory Honey with Black Garlic

Origin: SPAIN. Natural surroundings of the Stone Monastery (Aragón).
Flavor: Medium.
Aroma: Intensely aromatic and scented.
Main floral composition: Winter savory, thyme, kermes oak, sage, lavender and black fermented and ripe garlic.

A superior quality dense honey with dark amber tones and a medium crystallization level. Proceeding from the honey-production competition between the coetaneous aromatic species such as the thyme, the sage, the lavender and the kermes oak, seasoned with cultured black garlic prepared at the Castillian-Manchegan municipality of Las Pedroñeras through a controlled fermentation process.

SUGGESTION: It is a pleasure of the Gods we obtain by setting thin layer of winter savory honey with black garlic over a bed of spelt bread covered with virgin olive oil, tomato and basil, and covering it with a slice of fresh cheese and parsley elegantly minced.

Orange Blossom honey with Poppy Seeds

Origin: SPAIN. Landscapes of Sòl de Riu (Valencia).
Flavor: Soft.
Aroma: Intensly scented and pertinacious.
Main floral composition: Orange tree, mandarin tree, varied wild autochthonous flora and poppy seeds.

An amber-colored honey proceeding from the citric inhabitants of the Sòl de Riu landscapes along with the mouth of the Sénia River. With light shades and intense scent due to its floral origin, being delicately soft on the palate. Its blend with poppy seeds highlights its excellent organoleptic qualities.
SUGGESTION: We can obtain a wonderful relaxing tea for mid-afternoon by adding previously dried out lavender flowers over hot water letting it sit for ten minutes, then straining and adding Orange blossom honey with poppy seeds.

Kermes oak and saffron honey

Kernel Honey with Saffron

Origin: SPAIN. Cucalon Mountain Range (Aragón).
Flavor: Intense.
Aroma: Strong, compact, pleasant and feral.
Main flora composition: Kernel, heather, thyme, and wild varied autochthonous flora plus select Jiloca saffron.

Exquisite artisanal honey produced along the Cucalon mountain range from the late thyme, colored hindsight in dark mahogany proceeding from the honeydew cuddled within the indomitable kernel and seasoned with autumn flavors originated in the nectar of the heather flower, an essential spectator at the hillsides of the Teruel mount. In a harmonious symbiosis, an adequate dose of pure saffron is added, proceeding from the Jiloca region (Teruel (Aragón-Spain).
SUGGESTION: Brown a few slices of fresh salmon in the oven on a bed of tender onion, lemon juice, soy sauce and butter all seasoned with bits of thyme and rosemary; once tender, pour on the fish a tablespoon of kernel honey with saffron and some finely ground almonds. Let mature and serve tender.

Sunflower honey with Sesame Seeds

Origin: SPAIN. Señorío de Molina (Castilla-La Mancha).
Flavor: Soft.
Aroma: Fresh, light, floral and persistent with oily tinges.
Main floral composition: Sunflower, thyme, kermes oak, lavender, winter savory, varied wild autochthonous flora and sesame seeds.

Sublime bright amber-orange colored honey proceeding from thyme, kermes oak and lavender bathed mostly by the exquisiteness of the sunflowers grown in farmlands at the “Alto Tajo” Natural Park. Of a pleasant intense flavor on the palate and a floral aroma with oily tinges, it enjoys a fine and creamy textures subtly seasoned with a harmonious mantle of tiny sesame seeds.

SUGGESTION: A fresh entree of endives filled with small pieces of banana, covered with a layer of slightly melted cheese mixed with Sunflower honey with sesame, to which small pieces of caramelized onion are added with loose pomegranate grains and grated avocado dressing.

Lavender honey with Pollen

Origin: SPAIN. Surrounding of the Gallocanta Lagoon (Aragón).
Flavor: Medium.
Aroma: Intensely floral, concentrated and persistent.

Multi-floral honey with a high aromatic plant composition of great qualities such as lavandula, thyme, marjoram and whitish hawthorn boosted contributing 15 g. of pollen proceeding from the riverside of the Limia River. An amber-colored honey, with a flowing consistency and a very pleasant, soft, delicate and intense flavor. Rich in iron and vitamins (B, C and E).

SUGGESTION: We can obtain an exquisite and inviting sauce by mixing natural soy yogurt, grated ginger, whole grain spelt flour, lavender honey with pollen, ground parsley and cold-pressed olive oil.
