Lucerne Honey

Origin: SPAIN. Aragón.

Light amber-colored, with a pleasant and warm aroma and delicate flavor proceeding from the Lucerne fields, surprising rice fields and a multitude of horticultural crops coexisting harmoniously in these beautiful riparian strips of the majestic Ebro River.

Orange Blossom Honey

Origin: SPAIN. Sòl de Riu (Valencia).
Flavor: Soft.
Aroma: Intense and pertinacious.
Main floral composition: Orange tree, mandarin tree and varied wild autochthonous flora.

Light tones of amber-colored honey, intensely scented and with a delicate soft flavor on the palate. It is produced in citrus crops located along an immense biological corridor accompanied by a lattice of spectacular ravines which stretch from the mighty mountain peaks of the Tinença de Benifassà Natural Park,to the lowest grounds near the Mediterranean Sea, between the towns of Alcanar and Vinaroz.

High Mountain Honey

Origin: SPAIN. High Pyrenees Natural Park (Catalonia).
Flavor: Medium.
Aroma: Penetrating and intensely durable with herbaceous note.
Main floral composition:Meadow flora, clover, blackberry, lavender, thyme, white hawthorn, oregano, heather, wild fruit trees, heath, broom, rhododendrum, holm oak and oaks and wild autochthonous Pyrenees flora.

Harvested in summer due to late blooming, tinged with dark amber and reddish tones, harsh sweet intense flavor and a strong floral aroma. Derived from the spontaneous vegetation of “High Pyrenees Natural Park”, consisting of multi-colored and rich samples of geological structures, ecosystems, habitats, vegetative communities (beech landscapes, meadows) and animal species.

SUGGESTION: A rich and delicious dinner can be elaborated with a paste-based mix done with pieces of pear, tuna, homemade mayonnaise, lemon, mustard and High Mountain Flora honey, spread on two slices of spelt bread interiorly protected with two lettuce leaves.

Broom Honey

Origin: SPAIN. Grazalema Mountain Range Nature Park / Los Alcornocales Nature Park(Andalusia).
Flavor: Sweet and very pleasant with light salty tinges.

Natural multi-floral honey of a varying color that covers a wide range of tones, from lightly golden light ambers to dun reds. Proceeding mainly from the shrubish broom, which spring blossom endows the mountainside highland with a unique beauty of the stately Grazalema Andalusian mountain range.
SUGGESTION: There is nothing like cooking a good fresh hake, marinated firstly in a tray with soy sauce, broom honey and white wine, and then slowly roasting it, having applied previously a thin layer of cold-pressed olive oil. When serving, season with ground sesame and parsley seeds, a small slice of lemon and a light carrot cream.
