Pure Raw Honey of an intense dark brown color and variable shades depending on the floral predominance at the time of collection, sometimes acquiring tones close to amber.

Soft, creamy, extremely malleable consistency and very weak crystallization, which makes it easier to handle in culinary tasks.

Sweet, moderately intense flavor with a traditional woody touch, accompanied by slightly salty amarescent notes in the retronasal, sometimes predominating the strong bitterness typical of the predominant flora.

Intense, wonderfully penetrating traditional aroma, with certain similarities to the neighboring eucalyptus but not as fragrant as orange blossom.

Very rich in various minerals (Fe, K, Ca, P and Mg), vitamin C and antioxidants.

ORIGIN: Spain and other areas of the Iberian Peninsula
REPRESENTATIVE SPECIES: Varied native forest wild flora.
MAIN FLORAL COMPOSITION : Heather, Chestnut, Blackberry and varied native forest wild flora.
PRODUCTION TIME: Summer.
COLOR: Amber to dark brown.
FLAVOR: Woody, intense, sweet with sometimes bitter notes.
SCENT: Intense, penetrating and woody.
PECULIARITIES: Raw, pure honey, not homogenized, not filtered, without added sugars.
CONSERVATION: Keep in a dry, semi-dark and cool place, to keep all its qualities intact in a natural way.

In its natural process, honey crystallizes and hardens depending on various parameters (temperature, floral origin, etc.).
