Exclusive honey due to its intense reddish, almost blackish color and its floral fragrance with subtle fruity nuances.

With a sweet flavor seasoned with pleasant acidic and salty notes, it is ideal for a multitude of culinary combinations.

It is also a honey with a high water content, which is why it retains a stable texture with little crystallization.

It has a high mineral content (100 g of avocado contains: potassium (507 mg), phosphorus (54 mg), magnesium (29 mg), calcium (13 mg), sodium (8 mg) as well as copper and a high percentage of iron). It is also rich in vitamins (B, E and C), fiber and healthy fats, making it an ideal complement to a natural diet.

ORIGIN: 100% origin Spain (southern peninsula).

REPRESENTATIVE SPECIES: Avocado (Persea Americana). Minimum 25% pollen.

MAIN FLORAL COMPOSITION: Avocado (Persea Americana) and varied native wild flora.

PRODUCTION TIME: Late spring.

COLOR: Very dark amber with reddish-brown tones. Minimum 80 mm Depth.

TASTE: Sweet and pleasant, with salty notes.

AROMA: Attenuated floral, with fruity hints.

TEXTURE: Silky and fluid texture. Low viscosity with slow and irregular crystallization due to its high humidity (more than 18.5%).

PECULIARITIES: Raw honey, pure, not homogenized, not filtered, without added sugars.

CONSERVATION: Keep in a dry, semi-dark and cool place.

In its natural process, honey crystallizes and hardens depending on various parameters (temperature, floral origin, etc.).
