Characteristics of Lavender handmade Honey with Pollen
Nuanced amber honey, smooth consistency and pleasant taste, delicate and intense, mostly from aromatic plants (Lavandula stoechas = Cantuesus, thyme ‘Thymus vulgaris’, marjoram) seasoned with Hawthorn albar and other native wild species.
Strengthened with the contribution of pollen from the riparian environment of the Limia River and the surrounding orensano Sotomonte (species: Salix sp, various fruit trees, Ericas sp., Castanea sativa) subtly turns to polychromatic tones of spectacular beauty.
