Features of Thyme Honey with Propolis
Originated by the wonderful symbiosis between the exquisite honey of the sotomonte of Fuendetodos, and the propolis extracted in the apiary of the Sierra de Cucalón, born this delicacy of inexhaustible therapeutic qualities. Of amber color with reddish hues and a nice flavor intermixed, this kind honey is pigmented by small particles of propolis balsamic, produced by honey bees from secretions organic from native species mountain: Gall oak (Quercus faginea), Holm (Quercus Ilex), pyrenean oak woods (Quercus pyrenaica) etc…

Places of Fuendetodos and Sierra de Cucalón. Land is hard and sober of strong contrasts, seasonal, anexionan landscapes, microclimates peculiar to mountain areas of extreme aridity, leading to an amalgam of diverse plant species that coexist in perfect harmony.
